Surface-confined growth of Ru amorphous sub-nanoclusters on reductive Mn3O4: a strongly coupled interface engineering for efficient neutral hydrogen production

The Ru-ASNs provides a proliferation of active sites and modifies the local electron distribution, thereby forming a strongly coupled interface with Mn 3 O 4 . The obtained interfacial electrocatalyst exhibits excellent performance of neutral HER.
