Evaluating the relationship of left ventricular diastolic function with effective diastolic by using echocardiogram

Objective To evaluate the relationship of left ventricular diastolic function with with effective diastolic by using echocardiogram.Methods The selected 90 subjects were examined with color Doppler,they were divided into three groups,and were subjected to measurement of early diastole E peak time(ET),late diastole A paek time(AT),from early diastole E peak to late diastole A paek time(E-AT),cardiac cycle time(CCT),their form of E peak and A peak were observed for calculating E-AT/CCT.Results The subjects of three groups were positively to mitral flow spectrum with positive double peaks.Ⅰgroup were E peak A peak,there was a time interval between E and A.E-AT/CCT50%;Ⅱgroup were E peak A peak,E-AT/CCT50%,there was a time interval between E and A,too,E-AT/CCT50%;Ⅲ group were E peak A peak,there was no time interval between E and A,E and A was fusion,E-AT/CCT50%.Conclusion Time and spectrum of mitral flow can reflect the left ventricular diastolic function.When E and A peak is fusion,and effective diastolic is significantly shorten,suggesting their hint serious damage of diastolic function.
