Identification of the Pathogen of Cucumber Root Rot

Pathogens are isolated from diseased cucumber plants collected in Tian jin and regions close to it,and two kinds of pathogens are isolated at the same time,primary biological characteristic identification shows that Phytoph thora melonis , Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani(M art) Sacc are the main pathogens. Inoculation experiment indicates Phy tophthora melonis play a main role on the infection.
