The Comparison of Immobilized Effect on the Two Kinds of MCM-41 Mesoporous Materials

In this work,the influence of different immobilization conditions on the enzyme activity and the enzyme activity yield with sodium MCM-41 and hydrogen MCM-41 mesoporous materials were studied.The results showed that higher enzyme activity and enzyme activity yield was obtained by using hydrogen MCM-41 mesoporous materials as the carrier under different immobilized conditions.These suggest that hydrogen MCM41 mesoporous materials had better immobilized effect than sodium MCM-41 mesoporous materials.
