A Research on Third Party Assorting in Administrative Litigation

The system of the third party is important in administrative litigation. The validation of the third party should depend on both essential criteria and procedure criteria. Based on the validation and guided by the aim of the third party system,we should assort them into three categories with the criteria of two levels. They are independent third party, quasi-independent third party and factual third party.
