Objective:To explore the clinical value of electrophysiological detection for GBS.Methods:The peripheral nerve conduction velocity,F wave,EMG and electrophysiological changes were dynamically detected in 42 patients with GBS.Results: MCV and SCV retarded obviously,their amplitude fell and distal latency extended.The rate of F wave decreased.Electrophysiological observation showed clinical symptoms recovery was earlier than electrophysiological changes.Conclusion:Electrophysiological detection might be important in diagnosis and clinical prognosis of the GBS.
