TREATMERNT AND PREVENTION OF IATROGENIC BILE DUCT INJURY

Objective To study the cause,treatment and prevention for iatrogenic bile duct injury.Methods The data from 26 cases with bile duct injury were reviewed retrospectively.Result All patients were underwent by repair of bile duct injures,choledochocholedochostomy and Roux-en-Y limb jejunum.24 patients were cured successfully(92.31%),mortality was 7.69.Conclusion In order to preventhe bile duct injures,it is critical for doctor to maintain vigilance,perform standard operation and cholengiography during operation.It is also important for good prognosis that bile duct injury should be discovered as soon as possible and be correctly operated in time.
