The effects of leaching temperature,leaching time,particle size of molybdenum concentrate,stirring speed,the adding coefficient β of sodium carbonate(the mass ratio of sodium carbonate to molybdenum concentrate) and liquid-solid on the leaching rate of molybdenum from molybdenum concentrate were researched.The optimum technological parameters of leaching molybdenum from molybdenum concentrate by sodium carbonate were determined through experiments.The leaching rate of molybdenum was more than 99% under the conditions that the leaching temperature was 85 ℃,leaching time was 120 min,particle size of molybdenum concentrate was-0.1 mm,stirring speed was 350 r/min,β was 1.5 and liquid-solid was 4∶1.The leaching process study provided reliable technical parameters for some plant to treat molybdenum concentrate.
