Study on the Stability of Paeonol in Ye Re Qing Granules

Objective To study the preparation and processing technology in order to improve the stability of paeonol in Ye Re Qing Granules.MethodsThe paeonol-β-CD complex was prepared using a saturated solution method and orthogonal method was used to screen the technological process.Results The optimum inclusion condition of paeonol was paeonol : β-CD in proportion as 1∶12,keeping temperature at 50 ℃ for 1.0 h.ConclusionThe stability of paeonol in YeReQing granules can be significantly improved after being made to paeonol-β-CD complex.
