Measurements inevitably contain random errors and gross errors,and data rectification technology can effectively improve the quality of measurements. the basic concept for data rectification was introduced,and the process and achievement of data rectification in data reconciliation、gross error detection and data rectification roundly were summarized.Finally,some problems and their research tendencies in this field were discussed.
