摘要
The results of development of gas nanosensors based on carbon nanotubes for the last years are submitted. The classification of these devices is carried out according to the constructional features of their sensitive elements. Analytical opportunities of the nanosensors are estimated. In particular, a determination of the large number of organic and inorganic chemical compounds is shown. Influence of morphology, geometry, and composite of a covering of sensitive elements to sensitivity and selectivity, response time, recovery time, other technical and economic characteristics is shown. Priority directions of improvement of metrological characteristics of gas nanosensors based on carbon nanotubes are determined.
