Attribution analysis on employment situation of medical students

The article had studied the attribution style and employment situation of the sampling medical university students using attribution theory of the social psychology.The results showed that there were not correlations between employment situation and attribution style,between employment situation and art and science,between employment situation and gender.There was not a correlation between attribution style and art and science.But there was a correlation between attribution style and gender.
