ANALYSIS AND SUGGESTION ON EXISTING PROBLEMS IN ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION STANDARD SYSTEM OF CHINA

Existing engineering construction standard system of China is analyzed and relevant problems are pointed out.With references to experiences of western developed countries in standardization,it is suggested that internationally applicable double standard system of technical regulations and technical standard shall be gradually established for engineering construction standardization in the future,role of non-governmental organization and industrial associations in the standardization shall be strengthen,and a set of scientific and systemic standardization working rules shall be established.
