FDI Technology Spillovers Effects Based on Backward Linkage in Liaoning Province

From the point of backward linkage choosing 2003-2008 panel data of 30 industries in manufacturing of Liaoning Province,this paper takes empirical test on regression model of spillovers effects between FDI and backward linkage in Liaoning Province and the test shows that the backward linkage effect of FDI is obvious,namely,the backward linkage is an important spillover channel of FDI technology in Liaoning Province.
