Detection of CD_4/CD_8 in Peripheral Blood of Vitiligo Patients' and Evaluation on Immunomodulator's Impact

Objective To detect CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood of vitiligo patients' and to evaluate immunomodulator's therapeutic effect on vitiligo.Methods Detect peripheral blood CD4/CD8 with flow cytometry in extensive and limitative vitiligo patients and normal controls,observe therapeutic effect on extensive vitiligo patients with integrated treatment with immunomodulator.Results CD4/CD8 in limitative vitiligo patients were normal,CD4 were lower and CD8 higher in extensive vitiligo patients,CD4 were increased and CD8 decreased after integrated treatment with immunomodulator.Conclusion Cellular immunity is impaired in extensive vitiligo patients,integrated treatment with immunomodulator can increase cure rate and enhance cellular immunity.
