The experiment was conducted to study the immune protection effects of breast cancer vaccine treated with cartilage polysaccharide(PS) as immunoadjuvant on the mice 615.The mice were immunized with the coculture of cartilage polysaccharide and Ca761 cell, while the immune protection effects were examined by studying the effect on the thymus gland and spleen. The results showed that immune organs such as thymus of vaccine immunized group were fairly protected, and the life span of vaccine group was significantly prolonged as compared with the model group. In addition, the spleen lymphocyte was activated and the capacity of humoral immunity on anticancer was strengthened by the vaccine. The experiment prove that breast cancer vaccine treated with cartilage polysaccharide as immunoadjuvant can effectively protect immune organs and prevent the cancer from metastasis.
