49 Cases of Anchang Ningfu Decoction Treating on Diarrhea-predominant Pattern Irritable Bowel Syndrome

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of Anchang Ningfu Decoction for diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome(liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome).METHODS 94 patients of diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome(liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was treated with Anchang Ningfu Decoction,and control group was orally taken Pinaverium Bromide Tablets(4 weeks for a course),and then changes in clinical efficacy were observed.RESULTS Compare with control group,treatment group's total effective rate and single integral are significantly different(P0.05);the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.88%,and the control group was 86.67%;the clinical efficacy of treatment group is better than control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Anchang Ningfu Decoction has a good effect on diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome(liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome).
