Deep-cut vacuum distillation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit

With consideration of current status of vacuum distillation unit at home and abroad,each factor which affects deep-cut vacuum distillation has been analyzed,such as feedstock properties,VGO and VR processing schemes,vacuum operating conditions,vacuum furnace,vacuum transfer line,construction of washing zone and DWO flowrate.The design parameters of deep-cut vacuum distillation have been recommended and the formula for deep-cut vacuum distillation and energy consumption has been proposed.The methods to judge the performance of deep-cut vacuum distillation according to operation have been given.
