Effect of Two Compact Spinning Devices on Performance of Yarn

Two different structure spinning devices such as three-roller and four-roller were used to spin combed pure cotton yarn with 9.7tex.Then the optimum spinning processes of those two devices are determined through the orthogonal experiments which select gag pressure,negative pressure values,gauge block as the there levels.Yarn hairiness,strength,yarn levelness and other indicators were analyzed on the basis of those optimum spinning processes.It is considered that comprehensive performances of the yarn spun by spinning device of four-roller was better.
