[Objective] The aim was to screen out the fungicides which have good inhibition to Helminthosporium leaf blotch(HLB) on wheat.[Method] The toxicities of five fungicides against Bipolaris sorokiniana caused Helminthosporium leaf blotch on wheat were tested by mycelium growth rate method.[Result] The inhibition effects of five fungicides against B.sorokiniana were significantly different.Among them Prochloraz whose EC50 value was 0.067 μg/ml had the strongest inhibition effect on B.sorokiniana;the next were Difenoconazole,Tebuconazole and thifluzamide whose EC50 values were between 0.102 μg/ml and 0.372 μg/ml.Carbendazim whose EC50 value was 30.588 μg/ml was the worst.[Conclusion] Prochloraz,Difenoconazole and Tebuconazole have the better inhibition effects on B.sorokiniana caused Helminthosporium leaf blotch on wheat from Anhui Province.
