摘要
OBJECTIVE To investigate the constituents from Rosa multiflora Thunb.METHODS It was extracted with ethanol,distributed by different solvents,isolated and purified via column chromatography on silica gel,Rp 18 gel and MCI gel CHP 20P,respectively.Their structures were elucidated based on spectral evidences.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and five compounds were identified as ajunic acid (1),sericoside (2),ilexoside B (3),4,4′,6′ trihydroxy dihydrochalcone (4) and (+) catechin (2 R,3S ) (5).CONCLUSION All of five compounds were isolated from Rosa multiflora for the first time.
