Polyurethane foam was synthesized by using polyether glycol, polyether triol and toluene di-isocyanate as the main raw materials. Two kinds of polyurethane composite foam absorbing materials were prepared by adopting two different methods to dope multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCTs) into the foams. The microwave absorption properties of the composite foams in the frequency range of 5~18GHz were detected by a digital vector network analyzer(Agilent 8722 ET).The results indicate that the polyurethane foams doped with MWCTs show good microwave absorption properties in the range of 11~17 GHz,and the absorption loss increases with the MWCTs doping content increasing.
