Considerations on the influences of self reflection on the development of P.E. masters

This paper puts forward problems existing in the development of P.E. masters in China and expatriates the contents of self reflection of the P.E. masters. Significance of self reflection is demonstrated through analyzing the P.E. masters ideas and behaviors in teaching.
