Changes of coagulation, anti-coagulation and fibrinolysis at the initial stage of the patients with HCH

Objective Blood coagulation,anti-coagulation and fibrinolysis in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH) were assayed.Motheds Five markers of TAT, ATⅢ, t-PA, PAI, PAP in serum were tested by ELISA with in 48 h and compared with control group. At the initial stage of HCH,blood coagulation was affected.Results The activity of thrombin enhanced,antithrombin consumption decreased and fibrinolytic activity by the way of compensation enhanced.Conclusion There were changes in coagulation,anti-coagulation and fibrinolysis status.
