Relationship between NGO and Government:a Case Study Based on Resource Dependent Theory

Based on resource dependent theory,the author analyzed an interesting phenomenon called each social worker has several bosses of organization Y.After explored the asymmetric interdependence between NGO and government as well as the reason of asymmetric power,the author suggested that three strategies might change this kind of relationship,namely,resource conversion,resource development and resource control.
