摘要
IIR Filters have been utilized widely in the domain of signal processing. Among the existing kinds of IIR filters, the Bessel digital filters are linear filters with maximum flat group delay in the passband. Bessel filters are widely used in applications requiring high-quality signal reconstruction and precise control of frequency characteristics, which can effectively avoid signal phase distortion. This article introduces the design method of converting a Bessel analog filter to a Bessel digital low-pass filter using bilinear transformation method in detail. The transfer function of the filters is derived theoretically. Meanwhile, the characteristics of Bessel filters are evaluated by simulation experiments.
