Amorphous CoxSy-loaded Mn0.5Cd0.5S solid solution for effective generation of H2 by visible-light photocatalysis

The amorphous Co x S y loaded Mn 0.5 Cd 0.5 S composite catalyst shows significant hydrogen evolution rate, which is attributed to the enhanced separation efficiency of the charge carriers caused by the formation of the S-scheme heterojunction.
