摘要
With the increasing popularity of new teaching modes such as self-directed learning, contemporary higher education teaching buildings must adapt to more diversified and dynamic usage needs in terms of function and space. Based on the method of spatial adaptability, as well as behavioral characteristics of self-directed learning, we analyze the typical "rigid" spatial mode and its spatial adaptability problems in the existing higher education teaching buildings through the evaluation of higher education cases. We propose the "flexible" spatial mode for the transformation of contemporary higher education teaching buildings from the perspective of improving spatial adaptability; we discuss the main spatial reconfiguration features at three levels: Campus Space, Architectural Space, and Support System.
