摘要
The logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and a large number of excellent courier enterprises have emerged, but the rapid development and the surge in business volume has also brought service quality problems. With fierce competition in the logistics industry, courier enterprises need to focus on the customer’s logistics service quality to be competitive in the market. In this paper, we used literature research and expert consultation methods to determine 22 elements that affect the service quality of courier enterprises. and then used the Principal Component Analysis(PCA) to establish the evaluation model of the logistics service quality for courier enterprises.
