摘要
Fe n GeTe 2 exhibits layer-dependent oxidation behavior, while Cr 2 Ge 2 Te 6 is prone to be oxidized regardless of the thickness. The distinct oxidation behavior of these magnets mainly originates from their different interlayer coupling strengths.
