摘要
The current research situation of control technology and control strategy of tension control system is summarized. The control requirements and characteristics of constant tension control system and variable tension control system are analyzed respectively. Two key control technologies of tension control system are discussed. One is the influence of winding radius on motor speed control accuracy in winding tension control system. The other is the technologies of inhibition to tension vibration. Some control algorithms of solving the existing problems of tension control system are analyzed. Particularly, a strip wound tension control system with dual motors driven is introduced which done by our research team. The strategy of variable tension control for strip wound tension control system is given.
