Strategic Decision Making Influence in Boundary Spanning Roles.

The influence on strategic decision making of boundary spanning roles was explored in a field study in fifteen organizations. Results support the importance of boundary spanning roles in the strategic decision making process and the influence of technology on the relative strategic decision making influence of different boundary spanning roles.
