Incentive Strategies for Knowledge Sharing Between e-Commerce Supply Chain Enterprises from the Perspective of Trust

From the perspective of trust, this paper studies the role of knowledge sharing influencing factors in the evolution path of e-commerce supply chain enterprises, and establishes an evolutionary game model of e-commerce supply chain knowledge sharing. This study uses the dynamic evolutionary game method to study the behavior of knowledge sharing in an e-commerce supply chain, identifies the key factors and analyzes the evolution path, and adjusts the parameters to study the management strategies that can stimulate the evolution of an enterprise in the direction of knowledge sharing. This research makes theoretical contributions. First, there are two aspects to innovation: On the one hand is perspective innovation, matching the three dimensions of trust with the key factors of knowledge sharing, and constructing a knowledge sharing model based on the perspective of trust. On the other hands is theoretical innovation to further subdivide and study the effect of individual and collaborative absorption and transformation capabilities.
