Room temperature intrinsic diluted magnetic semiconductor Li(Cd,Mn)As

Li 1.04 (Cd 1− x Mn x )As DMSs were synthesized by a high temperature solid state reaction method. A Curie temperature of 318 K has been achieved for x = 0.08. The hysteresis loops at different temperatures demonstrate room temperature ferromagnetism.
