[Guideline for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation].

Recent years,the incidence of lumbar disc herniation is increasing annually,trending to younger age.There is a lack of clinical guideline for the management of lumbar disc herniation.Considering various problems in the management of lumbar disc herniation under different occasions,based on a systematic literature review,Basic Research and Transformation Society,Professional Committee of Spine and Spinal Cord organized experts to make this consensus jointly.This guideline aims to provide a standardized management of lumbar disc herniation with scientific principle and practical feasibility.Evidence-based medicine,and scientific suggestions are put forward specially for the management of lumbar disc herniation to standardize the diagnosis and treatment,promote the prognosis as well as improve the quality of life of patients.腰椎间盘突出症的发病率逐年增高，且患者趋向于年轻化。目前国内外仍缺乏腰椎间盘突出症临床管理的相关规范与指南。为加强对腰椎间盘突出症患者的规范化管理，本着科学性和实用性的原则，中国康复医学会脊柱脊髓专业委员会基础研究与转化学组组织国内相关领域专家，通过检索国内外文献，在既往指南和共识的基础上，针对腰椎间盘突出症的诊治和康复管理问题，制定《腰椎间盘突出症诊治与康复管理指南》。本指南遵循循证医学的原则，针对腰椎间盘突出症诊治与康复提出科学性建议，以期规范腰椎间盘突出症诊疗与康复流程，达到改善预后，提升患者生活质量的目的。.
