摘要
This paper proposes an efficient technique for the fabrication of macro fiber composite (MFC) and characterizes the properties of MFC under dynamic voltage. First, the fabrication process is described in detail. Then, the effects of peak-to-peak value, frequency and dc bias on the electric-field-induced strain are analyzed. Finally, the mechanical properties are evaluated based on the mixing rules, and the prediction model of electrical parameters is established using the fitting functions. The experimental results show that the proposed fabrication technique effectively suppresses the generation of defects and the electric field variation has significant effects on the actuating properties.
