摘要
This study investigates the hot tensile behavior and fracture characteristics of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel through isothermal tensile tests conducted under various deformation parameters. An improved Cockroft & Latham (C&L) damage model, incorporating the effects of temperature and strain rate, was developed to quantitatively evaluate the influence of these parameters on the high-temperature deformation behavior of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel. Microstructural analysis revealed the features of ductile fracture and provided insights into the mechanism by which δ-ferrite influences microvoid evolution. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the high-temperature deformation behavior of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel and provide practical guidance for optimizing hot forming parameters in industrial applications.
