摘要
As a new type of fluorescent material, CQDs (Carbon Quantum Dots) have attracted much attention due to their unique optical properties, good biocompatibility, and low cytotoxicity. They have important applications in optoelectronic devices, analysis and detection, and cell imaging application. This paper mainly focuses on the preparation, application and fluorescence enhancement of CQDs to carry out related research. Using citric acid and tri (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane as raw materials, blue highly fluorescent CQDs were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method. The synthesis of CQDs was optimized by changing the reaction conditions. By studying the effect of different pH values on the fluorescence intensity of CQDs, it was concluded that the fluorescence intensity of CQDs was the strongest at pH 7. The fluorescence changes of CQDs under different ionic strengths and different solvents were studied. The results showed that different ionic strengths had little effect on CQDs fluorescence, but different solvents showed a certain fluorescence quenching effect. Experiments show that the CQDs can be used as a fluorescent marker for biological imaging.
