D-dimer and fibrinogen as the specific indicator of activated coagulation and fibrinolytic state,is widely applied in clinic. This paper investigates the clinical value of plasma D-dimer,fibrinogen level in patients with non-embolic benign lung diseases. In non embolic benign lung diseases, the levels of plasma D-dimer,fibrinogen are elevated. The detection of the levels of plasma D-dimer,fibrinogen is helpful for understanding the condition of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis and assessing disease severity and prognosis.
