Analysis of the Cause of Sedimentation and Primary Estimation for Amount of Sedimentation for Small Reservoirs

Abstrcat This paper analyzes the physical cause of sedimentation in small reservoirs through the river dynamics, discusses the calculation method for the amount of sedimentation of small reservoirs, so as to estimate the operating period according to the silting quantity and speed, so that to reasonably planning the water storing volume and achieve the best benefits for small reservoirs.
