摘要
The rising burden of metabolic syndrome—obesity, insulin resistance, hypertension, and dyslipidemia—calls for personalized prevention. Precision nutrition, which tailors diets based on genetic, biological, lifestyle, and environmental data, shows promise, especially with AI integration. Advances in digital health, genomics, and metabolomics allow AI to analyze complex data and provide individualized dietary plans. In clinics, AI supports nutrition care by interpreting health records and biomarkers, improving outcomes. In public health, it helps detect dietary trends and optimize programs. AI also integrates multi-omics data to discover biomarkers and customize therapies for metabolic syndrome, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. However, challenges like data privacy, bias, and inequality remain. Despite these, AI-powered precision nutrition offers a transformative path for predictive, personalized care—requiring ongoing research, ethics, and collaboration.
