摘要
Classifying foods and analyzing their contents can help people use a certain healthy diet and avoid some foods depending on a person's health condition and his culture of that community. For the purpose of classifying foods and determining their components accurately and efficiently, it has been suggested that using Artificial Intelligence and machine learning algorithms can help, so, it has been used by researchers in various studies andvarious ways, either by ways of identifying ingredients by recognizing and classifying images or label recognition on food envelopes. In this paper we present a study on methods and algorithms used for the purpose of food classification by artificial Intelligence and machine learning.
