The Conflict between Lineage Organization and the Villagers' Administration

Lineage organization exists widespreadly in China for a very long time. Lineage organization in west Hunan is relatively small and obturate. In recent years, lineage organization tends to be renaissance. However, owing to the connatural character of lineage, these organizations have some conflicts with the villagers' administration, which is the important democratic construction in the countryside of our country. How to fastening the procedure of democratic construction facing the tendency of the growth of lineage organization becomes an unneglected question.
