A Study on Present Situation of Sports Arbitration and Suggestions on Construction of Sports Arbitration System in China

Sports arbitration provides an economic,effective as well as efficient way to settle sports disputes.But the legislation of sports arbitration in China is still at its preliminary stage.This article puts forward suggestions on the construction of sports arbitration system from several aspects including the establishment of sports arbitration institutions,the scope of cases of sports arbitration,forms of sports arbitration agreements and procedures of sports arbitration.
