On the properties and calculation of the Bernoulli's polynomial

In this paper, we gave the recursion relations on the coefficients of the Bernoulli's polynomial, reduced the calculation of the Bernoulli's polynomial and Bernoulli's numbers, at the same time, gave some fine properties of the Bernoulli's polynomial.
