The Technical Innovation of the Governor in Baishuiyu Hydropower Plant

In connection with the practical conditions on site of Baishuiyu Power Plant,the problems of the governor before the reform and the corresponding measures to solve them were analyzed.According to the practical experience in governor innovation,this paper described the relevant conditions of DFWT-100-4.0 programmed governor.
