Effect of Power on the Photometric and Colorimetric Characteristics of GaN-based White LED Chip

This paper analyzes the relationship of power and luminous efficacy, luminous flux, temperature, color temperature, dominant wavelength under the non-control temperature condition. It is shown that the current and the temperature of LED chip have a linear correlation with the power, the luminous efficacy of LED chip increases and then decreases linearly with the rise of the power, the color temperature and the color rendering index increases with the rise of the power. This research has certain guiding significance for the practical use and the analysis of LED chips.
