Research on the Patterns of the Intent Crime

This article elaborates the intent crime from three perspectives: the non-completion pattern (including preparatory crime, discontinued crime, attempted offense) and completion pattern (accomplished offense), co-crime pattern and the pattern of criminal quantity(including continuous crime, transformed crime). The authors also present their own viewpoints about the crime pattern of the intent crime.
