CoNiB amorphous alloy catalysts were prepared by chemical reduction and were used for catalyzing liquid phase hydrogenation of furfural( FFR)to furfuryl alcohol( FFA). The effects of Ni/Co molar ratio, NaBH4 adding rate on the properties of the catalyst were investigated, and the effects of reaction pressure, reaction time, reaction temperature on the conversion of furfural and selectivity to furfuryl alcohol were studied in detail. The results indicated that under Ni/Co molar ratio 5/5, NaBH4 adding rate 2.6mL·min-1 , reaction pressure 2MPa, reaction time 3h, reaction temperature 80℃, the conversion of furfural and selectivity to furfuryl alcohol is 46.2% and 90.4% .
