Objective To investigate the differences in image resolution between Computer X-ray Radiographs(CR) and Normal X-ray Radiographs.Method 200 chest CRs were compared with 200 normal chest X-ray radiographs, and the percentages of class-A,class-B,class-C radiographs and invalid radiographs were calculated respectively. Results The percentage of class-A radiographs in the CRs is 80%,while the 62% in the normal ones;the percentages of class-B,class-C and invalid radiographs in CRs are all lower than those in the normal ones. The differences are statistically significant. Conclusion The image resolution of CR is higher than that of the normal X-ray radiograph, and is more effective in clinical diagnosis.
